8 3 8 4 16 Bottle shared at Beer Temple thanks to JeppeDK. Very hazy golden with a ring off white head. Aroma is funky with citrus, peppery saison yeast, tart tropical fruits and light herbs. Flavour is light moderate sweet, above light sour and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Golden yellow pour. Aroma of dry yeast, grassy nettle, nettle and stonefruit. Taste has soft orange zest, young brett, apricot, grassy nettle, tart, funk and a fruity juicy finish. Elegant and tasty.

Bottle 750ml. @ home. [ As Alefarm Funk Orchard ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus, grapes, leather, funky, saison yeast, tart apple. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, tart, citrus, grapefruit, grapes, funky, leather, tart apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161231] 8-3-8-3-16

(750ml bottle from boxbeers.dk) Pours cloudy medium gold with a big, short-lived bubbly white head and no lace. Aroma is lychee, apricot, underripe nectarine, white wine grape, tart citrus, horse blanket, slightly wet earthy barnyard, sweetish bready malt core. Flavour is moderately tart citrus juice, apricot, peach, slight pineapple and green apple, slightly earthy barnyard Brett, and leafy hops in the back end. A slightly sweet pale malt core. Finish is semi-dry white wine, slightly mineral, rather clean side of a funky saison. Medium bodied, sparkling carbonation. Not ground-breaking but rather well-made and very drinkable.

Pours yellowish orange with a small head. Aroma of tart citrus, fruity hops, pine, funky yeastiness and bretta notes. Taste is crisp, fruity and citrusy with some funky bretta notes, mild sourness, farmyard, and hints of peach and apples. Finish is peachy, fruity and slightly tart with some funky bretta, citrus, farmyard and mild sourness. Pretty tasty and balanced.

Aroma has grapefruit, earthy notes and sourness – feels like a gueuze. Flavour is a bit disappointing; some sourness with grapefruit, earthy notes and sourish apple juice. Feels a bit papery. Not bad but I expected more by the aroma. Could use more aggressiveness.
