Probably the first pilsner I've had from these guys that wasn't some form one way or another of the bastardized pilsner that has been featured in their lineup since day one. Knowing how great Happy Little Clouds is, I was really looking forward to this one. Don't really understand the style a whole lot, but love the brewery, and love beer, so it doesn't really matter. Pale golden appearance. Thin fading head. Soft grassy hops over an otherwise somewhat standard, clean and crisp tasting pils. Cool and refreshing taste. Very easy drinking. Has just about everything I could ask for in a pils. Very good stuff.
