Slightly cloudy golden amber with a frothy white head and a dusty malt and hop aroma. A touch chewy, biscuit malt with a touch of grapefruit bitterness, some sweet citrus notes and a dry bitter finish.

Cask at the Peterborough beer festival 2022 day 3. Amber colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are fruity berries. And malty sweet. Medium body.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aromas of biscuit, butter, vanilla, light tropical fruits. Taste is more butter and biscuits. Faint citrus bite. Bit dull.

Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium amber orange colour with a small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted notes, light to moderate hoppy, spicy hops, dark hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, warm citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120503]

On gravity at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol April 2013. Deep gold with a slight white head. Tropical fruits, solid cereal malts and some grassy hops before a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask at the Lawrence Sheriff, Rugby, 17/04/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is pale malt, caramel, grain, summer fruits, a little thin in aromas. Taste comprises a caramel backbone, malt, sugars, light hop profile, orange, citrus notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweetish finish with some bitterness. Pretty average stuff.
