Bottle at home, 30/07/16. Clear golden topped with moderate off White bubbles. Nose is earthy orchard fruit, straw, apple pulp, light smoke, farmy ring. Taste comprises apple peel, caramel, straw, light pork. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cider.

The aroma is a mix of fairly sweet apples and a touch of wood. Light carbonation. Has a very slight dryness. Overall too sweet, lacks a touch of sharpness.

Bottle at the moon under water jdw Watford. Clear light golden yellow coloured pout with a fleeting white head. Aroma is sugary sweet Apple, light cinnamon apple pie., parmesan cheese, little rubber. Flavour is composed of semi sweet apple woody, tangy apple, apple pips, tang. Good boost cider. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation. 500ml bottle.
