Brewed in collaboration with Eric Jorgensen head brewer at North Fork Brewery, Pizzaria and Beer Shrine in Deming Wa. Our brut is extremely light bodied and crisp; a belgian style pale that has been fermented to an extermely dry or brut condition with the addition of amylo enzymes. Very little residual sugar remains as most of it has been converted to ethanol. This is Beardslee’s champagne of beers.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound, and enjoyed at Beardslee last week. Another collab I'd never guess, but glad it happened. Clean golden orange pour. Grain forward nose. Touch of orange. Flavor is floral, ester. Sharp taste up front. Touch of orange sneaks in barely, a lot like the aroma. Some tea like quality. Unique brut. Good stuff.
