A smooth, dark, mild bitter with a biscuit aftertaste. Despite the colour, it is light and easy drinking beer.

Gravity Dispense at Pig’s Ear BF, London - 05/12/12. Very dark mahogony brown approaching black with a thin tan head that doesn’t hang around to exchange pleasentaries. Nose is light dark malt, leather, tobacco, earthy, touch of liqoourice. Taste follows, light liqourice, leather, toffee. Lightish body, a little on the thin side, dry finish, Pretty average.
