Draft pour, enjoyed at Cascade Barrel House. Live barrel. Pours a dark red color with no head. Tons of raspberry aroma and flavor, very tart, which dominates the lasting red wine character. Lemon like sour for sure. Mixed red berry constant. Smooth but tart finish. Unique sour here, but.up to par with other Cascade greats. Very nice brew here.
