12 oz bottle poured at Wing Army, Playa Del Carmen. Interesting, yet easy choice for my first craft selection of my trip. My mezcal experiences are limited, so I really wish you were here to share this one, luttonm! A darker golden pour, apple juice in the shade. Speaking of apples, there is some apple like fruit on the aroma, some sweet malt, a fantastic cinnamon. A lot of apple comes through in the flavor as well, some cinnamon like spice, a touch of smoke character, but very light. Slight herbal feel. Good flavor here. I enjoyed this.
