Draft pour at Optimism, to celebrate the 2 year anniversary. It's been that long already? Reddish copper pour. Rocky foam head. Soft malty aroma, some metallic character. A ton of sweet caramel and toffee going on. Lingering sweetness. Longer lingering malty constant. Toasty. Very flavorful. Not your typical anniversary type beer, but both strong, but easy drinking. Good combo. Not a bad brew.

On tap at the brewery/taproom Hazy reddish brown some earthy Woody malt body and flavors but still clean and with some resinous hop charater. eqsy drinking for 8%+
