Draft pour at Maelstrom. A very light, semi pale golden pour. Active carb, fizz head. Paper grains on the aroma. Flavor is a straw, paper, grassy grain, with a good splash of citrus to add to the refreshment. Not a bad light beer to go with for the long run during the football game. Here on Superbowl Sunday, I imagine some growlers of this will be filled. I think the grapefruit really saves this one. Plain, I'm not sure if I'd be quite as on board.
