Draft 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. No Recess is officially gone again, so this is my first IPA of theirs in the next era. A flowing golden yellow pour. Patchy cream foam head. Steady grain on the nose, fronting the hop quality. Flavor is a bitter hop front, level grain, but tied together nicely with a creamy texture. Flavorful and interesting malt bill. Grainy, but not too gritty. Hoppy, but not too bitter. Creamy, but not fruity or juicy. Has a classic feel to it for me. I ordered this one first so ensure my best efforts to pronounce the name correctly.
