Virginia Beer Festival. Redish hue, with a thin whiteish head. Aroma is a little fruity, with some malts and a touch of hops. Flavor is pretty malty. Finish is pretty dry.

On tap at the brewpub, RBSG 2006. A reddish beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of berries - especially cowberries, but also light notes of strawberries. The flavor is sweet metalic with a weird note of berries, leading to a dry and slightly bitter end. Not to my liking.
