UFF DA is a Norwegian Vossøl. A truly regional and traditional beer in Norway. This beer was brewed with pale malts, minimal landrace hops, and locally foraged juniper. The juniper was used to infuse the water for flavor. The resulting wort was boiled for a long time to bring out caramel notes from the grain sweetness. It was then fermented hot with Voss kveik yeast from Norway. A malt forward farmhouse ale. 6% ABV.

UFF DA is an American Scandinavian saying that has tons of meanings, and is something our brewer grew up hearing all the time. It means astonishment, relief….and after a few pints…that feeling of being full.
