Using yeast from Bastogne, this beer explodes with floral notes on the nose coupled with hints of estery & phenolic spice. Medium bodied & big mouthfeel, our Blonde Biere de Garde has complex grains that lends itself to cracker and biscuit malt characteristics and features an extremely long dry finish.

Keg at the brewery, 6/28/24. Clear gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of yeast, bready malt. Taste is bready malt, yeast, spice. Dry, lingering bitterness. Too dry for my taste.
