Cask handpull at The Phoenix Canterbury. Dark brown beer lasting tan head. Just a touch of chilli but its got a bit of bbq sauce too which is attractive. I liked it. Flavoursome. Chocolate goes well with the savoury flavours. Good.

Cask (Maltings, York) - Dark brown with red tinges. Raisins, cocoa and roasted malt in the aroma. Roasted, malty and slightly chocolatey taste with raisins, caramel and cocoa detected.
