Crack A Fruit is one of our favorite pale ales we have made so far. It has big Australian hop character with notes of melons, citrus, and many other not so subtle fruit notes. It has the typical, hop-forward, character you have come to know from us thanks to Vic Secret, Topaz, and Huell Melon. Overall, its balanced with lower bitterness and the same amount of flavor and aroma hop additions as our IPAs making it very sessional. Grab a can and crack a fruit.

Matchless Crack A Fruit Hazy Pale Ale 4.4% Hazy weather so drink a hazy beer??? Why not. Very pale hazy milky honey gold color with a fizzy head of off-white foam that leaves goons of soapy lacing behind. The aroma is suitably juicy for a NEIPA but the taste is more bitter than I expected with woodsy pine elements I don’t think fit the style. It’s ok though the body is a bit thin for haze. Got via a trade.

Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow, white head. Great juicy fruity hops aroma, "green". Dry flavor with "green" fruity hops, bitter finish. Light-bodied.

16oz can pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is a nice fruit mix with fresh hops leading the way. Taste is more of the fruit hops and a light sweet malt.

16 ounce can from Mongers. Pours a somewhat hazy yellow orange color with a medium white head. A light grainy lemon nose. Soft peaches, lemons, a bit of bitterness, some mango. Very flavorful. Smooth, easy.

Draft 8 oz pour at Chucks, Central District. A rookie brewery that is off to such a hot start, I’m seeking out their new brews until I can visit them at their new taproom, and tell them how good the beer is. An intriguing beer here. A lighter, session pale, with a ton of flavor. Golden orange, juicy pour. Patchy head. Juicy orange, mango and pineapple aroma. Flavor is very juicy as well. Melon fruit, mango, tropical mix. Soft grains, and a cream background. Moderate bitterness late. Has a light feel, but not 4.3 light. A ton of fruit come back late. Another solid release from these guys.
