Draft 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. Always a test when these guys put out an imperial. Their IPAs are consistently good, but their Imperials seem to get better and better, which says a lot, since I spent a couple hours here a while back, wondering if I was going to kill the keg of Water Weight myself. Shiny golden pour, a bit hazy. Rocky cream foam head. Such a gentle feel for an imperial. No real bite on it. Not overly bitter. Smooth and flavorful. Thicker body. Juicy. Intriguing citrus hop profile. A cool melon fruit lingering finish. A dangerously good double from the pros. Loved it.
