Bottle from the Aldi/Kalea Oktoberfest box. Brooklands branch. Aroma has sweet dough, spice and a hint of damp cardboard. Clear gold. Thick foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Citrus. Metallic. Light grains. A sweet caramel doughy streak throughout. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Nice enough

Sehr ordentliche 5,8 % Alk, bei 13 % Stammwürze. Florale, getreidige und mild fruchtige Noten dominieren. Ganz gut gehopft. Ein recht anständiges Festbier.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, hints of wet straw, a touch of spelt, silage. Taste is sweet-ish malty, slightly grainy and strawy, a touch of cereals, diluted hints of honey. So-so.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has strong maltyness, hint of sweetness of malts and grass. Taste has maltyness, some sweetness of honey, even some alcohol. Medium bodied. Quite weak beer, easy to drink anyway.

Bottle picked up from REWE Zolling. I had this Saturday 30th November 2019 whilst preparing Souvlaki and also Tiropita and listening to WH Lung - Incidental Music ⬅️ probably our 🥇🍾 album of the year 🍾🥇Pours light/mid gold, excellent clarity with a white head. Malty with a good bite, a little grassy hop, but not really what you would describe as hoppy, however it is hugely drinkable, a little rich tea biscuit.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 15.10.2020, from Alko, 20191121) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, toffee, caramel and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, toffee, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A sweet brew but with strong enough body.
