This beer is so intriguing to me. Before I ever tried it, it was this way. I love raspberry. I love imperial stouts. I love Cloudburst. File this under - what can possibly go wrong? I fell in love with this beer on nitro. Poured at the brewery. Now trying the regular draft for the second time. This beer belongs on nitro in my opinion, but I’m not saying its not incredible the way it is. Jet black pour with a big cream tan bubble head. Huge milk chocolate and raspberry that instantly reminds me of a Theo’s chocolate bar. Creamy chocolate with a hint of mint, and a perfect amount of delicious red raspberries. Super good imperial sweet stout here. I can drink this day and night.
