Draft pour pint at Beer Junction. A slightly hazy golden pour with a thick cream mousse head. Almost feels like a nitro pour. Had to check. It’s not. Aroma is a ridiculously sweet melon, citrus fruit. Flavor is creamy, and so sweet it.makes this IPA a sipper. Shocked me at first. A ton of fruit, sugary, peach, melon. So weird. Can’t recall an IPA this rich before. A malt bill that is sweet as well, and adds to what is already an overdoing. I love a peach beer, but I cannot get over how sweet this IPA is. Rough go.
