On tap at the Lodge. Pours a clear bright gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of earthy citrus and light pine with notes of grass and grain supporting. Flavor has bitter citrus and light pine with some sweet grains underlying.

Draft pour to a schooner at the Collective. Cloudy pale golden color with a ton of foam head. It’s nice to know that the closest Seattle brewery to my house knows how to make a badass IPA. Even though I can probably hit a golf ball into Lake Forest Park from Hellbent, it’s still Seattle. Nice citrusy aroma. Flavor is a lemon and orange fruit front, with a creamy citrus finish. Very clean flavor. This beer is listed at the brewery as The Cut IPA, and they describe it as a strong pale. I said this one rating ago. I dot get styles, but doing the research is always a good time. I’ll attempt a more straight to the point rating instead: Draft. Schooner. Golden. Citrus. Good.
