Draft half pint pour at Thirsty Hop. Surprised to see this brewery not making the rounds as much. Have enjoyed my small sample size. Pours a golden copper color with a big bubble head. Wet hoppy aroma. This beer tastes and smalls like a handful of hops ready to throw into the boil. Amazing. Soft citrus, but big time grassy, fresh hop dominance here. Results in a dry finish. A bit bitter, and at the same time vegetal, but in a way expected. Interesting beer.
