Sample at the brewpub. Clear dark golden color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing. Fruity hops and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of citrus, grassy hops and caramel malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

12 oz can poured. Pours a thick caramel color with a foam head and lace. Aroma brings out a soft sweet malt. Flavor is a sturdy malt, semi sweet caramel, and a cool, refreshing finish. Very nice beer for baseball, or a long session. Very tasty.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice grain note with a bit of bread and a hint of grass. Flavor has an earthy grass and earthy grain.
