Draft pour to a tulip at the brewery. Cool to see these guys starting to branch out further from a typical style lineup. I was here the week they opened, and it’s been fun watching them and their beer evolve. Pours a reddish brown color with a fizz away head. Dark fruit aroma. Flavor is bold, almost bitter fruit with a red wine like body, and dry finish. Acidity definitely there. Almost has a feel to it like this is being served to cold. Maybe. I don’t know. I liked it
