This NW style sour blends soured tripel, blonde and golden ales that were then fermented with the juice of white wine grapes. It's a delicious offering that appeals to both beer and wine drinkers.

Hazy amber with a medium off white head. Yeasty aroma with malty and sour apples. Flavour was yeasty with lacto, perfurme, malt and vinious notes. Finished sour.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small white froth of a head that quickly fades over a hazed golden body. Aroma of raspberry, grassy, slightly fruity, mint, chamomile, and light spice. Taste is quite sour with fruit notes, grape, light baby diaper and Japanese Pear. Light bubbles and a dryish mouthfeel.

Bottle Pours out a cloudy golden Orange topped with a white head. Aroma of grape juice and a little spice. Tast was about the same green grapes with some tart on it. I tasted it late in the night and it was a little better that the fresh pour maybe it grows on you a little.

750 ml bottle courtesy of Ken at Γber in Seattle. Reportedly only two cases made. Concord grape juice added prior to fermentation, with brettomyces, in the style of Cantillon Vigneronne. Dark and cloudy maroon with medium white head. Aroma of raisins. Full bodied. Sour throughout, with fruit in the background. A winner.
