On tap at the Ginger Man, 2015 vintage. Pours gold. Lemon, white grape, nectarine, honey, peach, funk, apple cider vinegar, bubblegum, cherry. Good body. Excellent.

Bottle, shared at Foeders. Forgot to check which year, but it was 10.1% ABV. Hazy deep golden color. White-ish head with little retention. Aroma's: sourish and woody. Retronasal: sour, woody, light sweet, dry/tart. Flavor is sour, woody, light bitter. Medium bodied. Long finish, tart, dry. I still find it a bit weird, these stronger sours, but somehow it works.

Flaska från Beergium, vintage 2015. Mini-gusher vid öppning. Gulfärgad, lätt disig med vit krona. Doftar och smakar av citrus, halm, vitt vin, gröna druvor, druvskal, lätt funk med tydliga fattoner. Gott!

Bottle 750ml vintage 2015 @ home
Pours slightly hazy golden with a small short lasting white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, funk, citrus and hint of oak. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky, citrus, vinous finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy.

Flaska från Boxbeer drucken med ölföreningen. Smak och doft av humle, druvor, vitt vin, citrus, laktos med toner av fat. Komplext öl med fin balans och syrlighet, fin sötma och efterbeska. Smaker som verkligen gifter sig och bär upp varandra. Mycket gott!
