This NW style sour blends soured tripel, blonde and golden ales that were then fermented with the juice of white wine grapes. It's a delicious offering that appeals to both beer and wine drinkers.

On Tap at Bier:Thirty, Boise. Slightly hazy golden peach color. Thin white head and lacing, Soft grape and mellow malts with some slightly tart flavors as well. A little of the wine/Chardonnay character, very light on the sour. Just OK

Bottle shared at a sour tasting at kerenmkโ€™s place. Hazy golden. Big vinous grapes aroma with wood, some lacto, and funk, a bit farty. Sour flavor with grapes, wine, wood, lacto, and an alcoholic touch. Medium-bodied.

Bottle, 2012 Project. Pours hazy golden, small white head that diminishes fairly quickly leaving a ring and some lacing. Aroma is straight up white grape juice, with some funk and oak underneath. Flavor is also very white grape forward, vinous, but not really wine like, really like welchโ€™s grape juice. Oak notes are also prominent, lending some acidity. Light plus tartness, and just enough barnyard funk to keep things interesting. Lightish body, champagne like carbonation. Pretty interesting.

This one is a mix of grape juice flavor, to go along with plenty of sour flavors. Definitely came off as weird, but it came off as tasty too. Who would have guess that combo would work? Go figure.

Bottle pour split. Pours a light yellow with a super white graphics juice sour aroma. Mild sour grape flavors. A little berry to it as well. Nice tart finish with grape flavors lingering forever. Great beer here. Loved it.

Blonde with a touch of haze. Aroma is vinous, touch of ice wine , vinous, with a touch of acidity but a fair bit of sugar, pears, apricot...really nice, that ice wine sweetness is really nice.
