Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some alcohol, mild tartness as well. Flavour is the same with very white wine like dryness.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours hazy orange-yellow with a thin, bubbly white head. The nose is farmyard, tangy orange and lemon, white grape and mango. The taste is tangy orange, mango, melon, pineapple, lime and sour white grape, with a sweet-sour finish. Nice balance. Refreshing and very drinkable stuff.

Bottle at Chris O’s pre GBBF shindig. Cloudy orange, white head. Sour fruit nose, some blue veined cheese in there too. Excellent sour, fruity flavour. Well crafted. Sour, fruity finish. Very nice indeed.

Bottle at Chriso’s. Aroma is grape, lemon, yogurt. Light and airy body, great. Flavor is lactic, with ypgurt, grapes, and a soft sourness. Palatte is soft and wonderful. Great beer. Probably the best beer at a phenomenal tasting.

Courtesy of Ethan. Pours copper with thin white head. The aroma is cherry fruit tartness, yeasty tartness and then full up funky moldy citrus. The taste is up front tart citrus and nearly sweet/tart candy like followed by cherry tart candy and a sense of funky moldy citrus fruit (where my taste buds can rest for a moment away from the tartness). A sour I can dig.

Der Geruch sowie Teile des Antrunks erinnern stark an Ahoi-Brause, eine seichte Säuerlichkeit ist dabei stets parat. Im Mittelteil kommen leichte Holznoten im positiven Sinne hinzu, das Bier wird sehr vollmundig, ohne dabei extreme Noten zu erzeugen. Das heißt, das Bier ist angenehm säuerlich, dabei süffig und nur wenig trocken, wobei die Holzigkeit schmeckbar ist. Dezente Fruchtnoten, genial harmonisch. Sommerlich süffig, der Alkohol ist niemals auch nur im Ansatz erkennbar. Sehr gutes Sour Ale!! Vielen Dank an den Doppelbock! 9/13/12/12/13/13

Bottle. Pours cloudy apricot. White head. Nose of basement muskiness, tart passion fruits, white grapes and yeast. Taste is tart passion fruits, woody oak, white grapes and musk. Some yeast. A light buttery taste in the finish, (not diacetyl).
