Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, baking yeast, funky, manuer. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, aceton, sugary, quit ruff and unfine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130111]

Unclear brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, sour fruit, barnyard acetone. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Sweet and rather acidic finish. 111013

My Rating # 11600. Pours ruby amber with a small white head. Tart nose. A bit of yeast and manuer. Tart flavor with caramel, acetone, vomit and a bit of berries. Unrefined. Rough around the edges - unrefined.
