Draft pour at the taphouse. Pours black with a big tan head. Dry malty, vegetal aroma. Wouldn’t have known this was a pumpkin beer in a blind taste. Not picking up any pumpkin, though there is a good amount of spice and some fruit and vegetable like flavor. If anything, the pumpkin shows up far into the finish, but I think it’s just because I know it’s supposed to be there. Interesting beer. Probably not something I would go for again. Glad I tried it.
