Drank this directly from the clear bottle. Clear bright pale. Nose is slightly tart-ish apple cider. First taste is rather smooth for over 8%! Does have a tad of warming sensation going down the throat. Not real sweet. Some slight processed bitterness in there, just barely. Yea, tho you can tell there is alky in there, you'd never think this was an impy cider. Good level of co2 in this. No real ill character in this session. Decent cider experience, especially for a domestic. Most of the domestic ciders are more like sugary soda pop bombs, this is not.
