For those of you unfamiliar with the French Grisette style, it is the cousin of saison and is climbing the ranks to be the next hit under the French/Belgian Farmhouse style. They are low alcohol, have a fair amount of wheat in the grain bill, and have noticeable hopping levels. Our Second Beach French Grisette hits all those marks as we exclusively use Strisselspalt and Tardif de Bourgogne French noble hops giving it a pleasant lemony citrus aroma & flavor.

Keg at the brewery, 7.4.21. Hazy gold large creamy white head good retention. Aroma of doughy malt, candi sugar, white sugar, apricot. Taste is lemon, bready malt, mild spice. Crisp, well balanced.
