Bottle from Birratrovo, Como, synthetic cork
The color is dark, close to black, with medium sized brownish head. The aroma has oxidization traits and some earthy malts; light apples. Dark caramel flavor, with moderate sweetness; correct bitterness and some alcohol perception above the average; mild spicy touch.
A common Belgian Strong Ale.
