Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy, deep dark brown with a creamy beige head. Dark drie fruit in the nose with a phenolic twist. Medium body, lowish carbonation, dark dried fruit rather than roast, again a little phenolic, some cocoa powder. Subtle hops. Dark brown Belgian. 230213

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como, synthetic cork
The color is dark, close to black, with medium sized brownish head. The aroma has oxidization traits and some earthy malts; light apples. Dark caramel flavor, with moderate sweetness; correct bitterness and some alcohol perception above the average; mild spicy touch.
A common Belgian Strong Ale.
