Clear medium golden colour, huge rocky white head, dissipates slowly, patchy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, Belgian yeast, caramel, light peach. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, toffee, peachy, spicy notes. Sweet aftertaste, yeasty, fruity and spicy notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation, not bad but very middle of the road Belgian ale.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a lightly unclear body, pale golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. Quite fruity aroma, with pine cones, resins and citrus. Some white sugar and yeast. The flavor is a bit yeasty, with citrusy fruityness and pine cones. Some bitterness too. Medium body, semi-dry and pleasantly carbonation. Fruity finish with some strange earthy notes. Not a winner in my book. 130215
