An American IPA hopped with Cascade, Calypso, and Mosaic. Notes of pear and stone fruit from the hops, complimented by a nice malty base, and a pleasant residual bitterness.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Draft pint with a meal. Medium amber color. Nothing notable on the nose, but it was served too cold. Not a citrusy IPA. Nice full-bodied mouthfeel. Overall a really solid IPA that I’ll drink again if I can.
