Birra Ale di colore ambrato con riflessi vivi nel bicchiere. Ottenuta con l’impiego di malto Pale e Crystal e luppoli Cascade e Citra. Al naso prevalgono aromi fruttati, grazie ad un moderato dry hopping. Di media corposità è caratterizzata da un bassa gasatura e da un finale amaro piuttosto persistente in bocca. Ottima abbinata con primi piatti dal gusto deciso, secondi di carni rosse e verdure grigliate.

Murky dark golden, medium off-white head. Moderately earthy hops, ripe and dry fruits herbs. Moderate malts, light hops, nicely herbal, dry. Medium body, moderate carbonation, very dry, good balance. Some alcohol there, very nice.

Ambar oscura. Dos dedos de espuma ocre que desaparece pronto. Potente aroma a tierra, lupulado y algo lácteo. En boca tiene un predominio asidrado que envuelve todo, tapa todo lo demás y la hace difícilmente disfrutable. Como a medio hacer. Agria. Mala.

Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.ABV: 5.2%. Unclear - hazy medium amber orange colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, dusty hops, fruity, matured fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fresh, hoppy, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121214]
