We used a light and minimal malt bill consisting of Pale, Munich and Dextrapils to give it a hazy, light straw colored hue. The beer was bittered with Experimental Hop 344, gets some Cascade in the middle, and is finished and dry-hopped with a heavy hand of Mosaic hops - resulting in robust flavor notes of tangerines, apricots, and grapefruit. In addition, we added some coriander and lemongrass after the boil to give it a floral, fruity twist of spice. It finishes with a dry, earthy bitterness that begs of another sip.

Draft pour pint at the fields location. Love the show by the way gentlemen, though I’m not sure how you inspired the beer. Just being cool I guess. Red, gold, black.. what’s next? Mens room purple? I’m on board. Make it sour while you’re at it. Pours gold. No way. Huge lemon flavor. Subtle hops. Finishes very bitter, with some added grapefruit. Awesome show, alright beer.

Draught at Collective on Tap, Woodinville, WA
Hazy deep blond color. Dry but not weak, with delicate malt flavor, it has a very nice, fresh and elegant fruity note, in the aroma and flavor; bold bitterness.
Good summer beer.
