A lightly hazed golden lambic with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, horse blanket, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, horse blanket. Bottle from Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

500 ml bottle from travlr! Thanks Gene! Aroma of sour oak and old sour fruit. Flavors kind of tannic. Sour is moderate in the pucker. It is it an approachable sour ale.

Taster pour from share from ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! It's a cloudy dark yellow-light brown with ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit, funky barnyard. Taste is strong sweet/tart fruit. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength of sweet/tart fruit and funk. Well crafted but not my cup of tea.

500mL bottled 02-12-2021, drunk 10/8/22. Lightly hazy golden-blonde. Small, white head. Just a shit ton of brett, wow. Juicy, rich, intense and clean without any twang or sourness. Cherry-like with vanilla, honey and white bread. No alcohol. Wheat and biscuit. Really nice aging here. Tart lemon and cherry. Soft wheat and honey with biscuit and some acetic acid. Tartness lingering with honey, lemon and light cherry. A bit forceful and maybe could use a bit less acetic character, but that Brett nose augmented by the acetic and lactic character is pretty killer.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy dull golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out wet wood, barnyard funk, leather and a little of that horse blanket. Flavour is not quite as invigorating, with horse blanket, wet wood, and light leather. Not quite convincing but it's quite light.

Pale blonde, no head. There's some earthy leather notes. Quite tart, has a touch of blueberry brett C stuff, sweet wheaty notes. Maybe a light barrelly toastiness. Fairly light body. Finishes fairly tart. Fun brew.

Deux bouteilles 37.5 cl @ Annual Tilquin Enthusiasts Admin tasting, merci Pierre.Blend 01.
