Under the Sun IPA is created using English malts and Americam Hops. Maria Potter and amber malt combine tongove this IPA a solod backbone, with hints of rick caramel. We then use pingy American hos to give the beer an amazingly fruity hop aroma and flavour.

Bought at the brewery stall, Walton Farmers Market. Clear amber. Thick frothy foamy white head. Fruity zesty aroma. Sour edge. Malts. Flavourwise this is dominated by malts, with the hops really pushed to the periphery. They addd a somewhat citrus streak but lacking impact. Gains bitterness. Some caramel as promised. Light-medium bodied. Soft fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Another beer that's just not quite got it. Underpowered before a bitter bite comes through which just seems unbalanced.
