Bottle 500ml.[ BBF 11-2011 ]. Clear medium amber colour with a large, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, caramel, wood, grape notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121208]
