Bottle. An unclear, amber to golden colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. Dried fruits, some caramel hints, hay notes, cellar hints and a generic fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, with some bitterness and grassy notes. Quite sweet. Full body, with a pleasant carbonation level, dry. Some bitterness in the end. A quite decent one, but nothing extraordinary going on. 130614

500ml bottle from Kihoskh, provided by Skinnyviking for the Absalon Sunday tasting session. Unclear amber coloured body. Firm, off-white head. Spotty lacework. Rather sweet aromas of honey and caramel. Sweet caramel malty flavours added by dusty hops and leading to a straight dry, bitter finish. Some alcohol warmth beneath it all. Fine bodied. Satisfying in spite of all the sweetness (hotel room, Copenhagen 26.05.2013).
