0.33 l bottle from 'Getränke Kosmol', best before April 2025. Clear, amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit alcoholic aroma of caramel, stewed apple, honey and raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and a little alcoholic taste of caramel, stewed apple, calvados, honey, vanilla and light raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Interesting amber Bock, quite unusual flavours, not unpleasant at all.

23/7/2022. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers, shared at the ITFC pre-season gathering. Pours clear amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, golden syrup, bread, stewed fruit, touch of apple. Quite sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, creamy, average carbonation. Starchy finish. Not the best today.

Thin off white head quickly left a collar & cover on a translucent, dark golden still body. Malt, yeast & honey aroma. Medium to full bodied, soft on the palate, oily & sticky down the throat. Sweet malt tastes with jam, stewed fruit, honey & orange tastes. A bit too sweet

Bottle, danke Günther! Amber, offwhite cream. Nice plumwine, grass and caramel aroma. Medium full, dry, easily drinkable, yet rich and decadent. Roast, caramel, dark sugar, fruit notes, herbal dry hoppines. Really nicely layered subtle flavorprofile on this one.
