Pour into a plastic cup at the brewery a couple of days ago. The color was a copper-caramel with a sort of silvery taupe skim. The taste opened bitter and sweet somehow, followed by grain, plums raisins, malt and white bread. The beer strikes me as having more of a regular beer taste with a barleywine effect than a traditional barleywine ale. Not bad, just different.
