I was surprised to see Rahr offer a bomber and then an imperial stout no less. Well done. Bought at Market Street and happy for the improving variety there. I poured it into a tulip glass to see the anticipated black body and a thin medium brown head. That nose is malt, bread and a small touch of fruit. The taste goes to chocolate, licorice and a nice dark plum sweetness. The coconut eludes me but whatever. This one helps explain why imperial stouts top the list for me.
