US STYLE PALE ALE
Our distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost.
This beer is mainly about hops but we have given it a malt backbone to balance the beautiful tropical fruit aromas.
ALLERGENS: Wheat & barley malt

Cask at Barley Mo. It pours clear deep amber with a medium beige head. The nose is caramel, toast and candied peel, stewed orange. The taste is soft, caramel, orange, mandarine, apricot, marmalade, with a bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Smooth and quaffable. Pretty tasty.

Aroma: Sweet caramel and freshly cut lime.
Appearance: Hazy amber body with a medium white head that holds well. Light carbonation. Great lacing.
Taste: Very sharp and bitter. Taste is of leafy hops, lime and pine.
Palate: Medium body with a foamy mouthfeel. Average carbonation fizz.
Overall: Definitely on for the hop heads - very bitter and aggressive. Easily the bitterest APA I’ve tried to date.
