Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa e la continuità è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e arancia amara.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, medium transparency, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus and floral. Body is average, with quite a carbonation. Taste is medium bitter. Final is average.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo torbido, al naso intenso frutta tropicale agrumi, bocca pompelmo pesca uva, carbonazione forte, corpo leggero, dolce con amaro moderato, secca asciutta nel finale. Molto aromatica. Un po’ troppo carbonata ma buona. @ La Taverna Street Food Sirolo 29.06.19

Tap at Il Serpente Pub, Rome. Pours amber with a frothy white to off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit, very light malt and vaguely nutty. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Very good example for style.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, fresh, peppery hops, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121214]
