American pale ale inspired, light orange beer, brewed with malted barley, hop water and yeast, large and persistent foam, The nose will reveal citrus and resinous hops' notes. Warm notes of malt in mouth. Medium body, dry finish, characterized by a strong bitter taste. Ideal for those in love with the style and with the hop's aroma and bitterness. Superb with cold cuts and structured cheeses or roasted red meats.

Golden colour with lasting head. Flavour is very complex with an almost honeyed sweetness leading into a rounded bitter finish.

Bottle at a bar in Lecce, 4th April 18. Pours a dark amber. Aroma is malty, not much warning of the hops. Taste is malt, some bitterness, citrus. It's muted. I noticed the bottle was a few days after the best before and complained to the waiter, so it was free, hopefully better fresh.
