tap at Mad Anthony's Ft Wayne - I didn't think this would be much different than the regular Wrecked Toboggan, but I had to reconsider when I saw it was 9% abv (vs 6.1). It's similarly near black in color with roasty chocolate malt and a nice creamy mouthfeel. They're not kidding about the maple syrup though. It's very obvious in the aroma and flavor but fortunately isn't overwhelming. The high abv isn't noticeable. There's a lingering roasty finish. It's definitely sweeter than the base beer. Very good. I can't decide which one I like better.
