The one that started it all! Old Bicorne was created to showcase the great Northern Spy apple and what it can do as a single varietal cider. The Sharpness of the apple is eased by a slight sweetness to bring a crisp, refreshing hard cider.

tap at the cidery - Hazy pour with a mild apple aroma. The flavor is sweetish with a definite tart character. Lightly carbonated. It's good until the finish, where I get a mild off taste, sort of bitter, that doesn't seem quite right. Decent.
