Our annual American Style Imperial IPA boasts generous amounts of American grown Cascade and Crystal hops to balance out the malt sweetness from the large Pale Malt grain bill. Just a touch of chocolate malt rounds out this big, balanced, hoppy and malty Anniversary Ale.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a deep copper color with a lingering head. It has a hoppy, pine accented aroma. The flavor is of course full of hops bitterness. There’s resin and citrus and a very solid malt backbone. Full bodied with a pleasantly bitter finish, it’s very good.

tap in Warsaw. i assume this alters slightly each year - but this is a mega intense imperial ipa. huge body - great
